Engineering-minded problem-solver who rose from Academy honours to four-star Admiral. Former CO of UFN Artemis, legendary for 'miracle repairs' under fire. Still carries a spanner alongside Admiral's stars. Firm believer that every problem has a solution - even if it bends a regulation or two.

Transfer from Engineering Ops to Federation Navy
